2011 Impact Tournament Champions
Welcome to the 2011 Impact Tournament.
Tournament play will begin on Thursday, July 7th and continue through Saturday, July 9th. Last year we had teams playing from Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. The competition should be great this year as well. We anticipate a fun time by all.
Location: The tournament games will be played at the West Jordan Soccer Complex located at 4000 West and 8070 South, West Jordan, Utah.
Team Registration: Registration will be through GOT SOCCER this year. The registration deadline has been extended to midnight Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Follow this link to register:
Cost: $450 for U10 and U11, $550 for U12 – U18
Please come to the tournament headquarters tent one hour before your first game is scheduled to check your team in for the tournament. This is mandatory. Teams will not be allowed to play until a team representative has registered the team. Players do not need to be present. You will need the following:
1) Team roster
2) UYSA Registration form for each player with signed medical release
3) Player card for each player (can be either 2010-2011 or 2011-2012).
4) Guest player forms for each guest player
5) Travel papers for out-of-state teams
If you have a new player for whom you cannot get a player card, please bring a small photo (disposable) of the player and a copy of the birth certificate. We will make a temporary card for the tournament. You will also need the UYSA registration form for any player without a card.
Please call Paula Christensen (801-680-4733) prior to the start of the tournament, if you have any questions regarding the required documents. Also, please be aware that we are playing in age brackets for the 2011-2012 soccer season. However, you can use player cards from either 2010-11 or 2011-12.
Rules and Schedules: Tournament rules and a map of the fields are attached. Please be at field for team check-in and ready to play 15 -30 minutes prior to game time.
