Registration Information
Registering for Impact United Competition is easy.
1. Go towww.UYSA-IUcompetition.sportsaffinity.com
2. Click on the “REGISTRATION” tab
3. Click on ”PLAYER REGISTRATION” and click continue
4. Select “CREATE NEW ACCOUNT”
5. Enter the PARENT registration information here. You must enter a username and password. Click continue
6. The “FAMILY MEMBERS LIST” page will come up.
7. Click “yes, this is my account”
8. You have 3 options, 1) you can add a new player, 2) you can add a new guardian, 3) you can continue
9. Click on “REGISTER PLAYER”
10. Enter your “ASSIGNMENT CODE”
11. Select Play Level
12. This will bring up the “PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM”
13. If your child’s photo is not displayed, your team manager will be required to upload a current photo. Pictures must be headshots, players may be serious or smile but “goofy” faces will not be allowed.
14. If your child’s birth certificate is not in the system please send a copy to Marcelo Droguett at 1495 East 6045 South

15. Please correct any incorrect information on this page.
- There is no need to enter uniform size or height and weight since you will order your uniform through your team manager.
- This information will transfer to your UYSA registration form, so please enter Doctor, Emergency Contact and Medical Problems correctly.
- After all your children are entered click “CONTINUE”
16. You will be required to accept the Electronic Legal Agreements. Accept and Continue.
17. Check out and Pay using E Check or one of the credit card options
- E Check has a $2 convenience fee (this option will save $) for information on “what is an E-Check?” go to the following link: https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/main.jsp?t=solutionTab&solutionId=13054&cmd=_help-ext
- Credit or Debit Cards have a 2.9% convenience fee
18. Print the UYSA registration form(s), sign them in 2 places and give them to your team manager(s). This form lets your team manager know you completed the UYSA registration process and also gives him/her the necessary medical releases required by UYSA to play.

Refund Policy
Policy – Club Fees: Impact United Soccer Club fees are due and payable immediately after tryouts. Impact United Soccer Club fee applies to the seasonal year commencing June 1 of the tryout year and ending May 31 of the following year. Fee payments to the Impact United Soccer Club may be made by either check or credit card.
Policy- Impact Competition Club Fee Refunds:
-No Refunds- After Impact United Soccer Club has accepted a check or credit card payment for Impact United Club fee registration, there is no refund.
