Introduction to Competition Tryouts

Impact United holds a special ‘Introduction to Competition’ for U9 and U10 players who are interested in moving up to the competition level.This introduction covers what to expect from the tryout process, including everything from the drills and exercises to the team selection process. The pre-tryout introduction focused on dribbling and game sense (in 1 vs. 1 and 4 vs. 4 games). The session is a very informal. Players rotate from exercise to exercise every 5 minutes. The Director of Competition provides information for parents on the signing process and answers questions.

Intro to Comp is not mandatory, but it is a great opportunity to learn more about how Comp tryouts work!
